ACCOMMODATION

• VAT (8%) shall be added to the prices (accommodation fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.,
• Accommodation fee is included breakfast for 3 nights between February 20, 2020 to February 23, 2020.
• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.

Attention!
External Participation (participation without accommodation) *
All accommodation processes should be done over Z Event. In case of not staying in meeting hotels or not having accommodation through Z Event, a fee of 900 TL for 3 days for external participation (participation without accommodation) will be added to the registration fee. Since it won’t be possible to enter into the hotel without paying the participation without accommodation fee, we kindly request you to carry out your payment with your registration.

CANCELLATION CONDICTIONS of ACCOMMODATION

• Cancellation requests for accommodation must be communicated to Z Event and organization  by e-mail to the address [email protected]
• Cancellation requests made until January 20, 2020 will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date January 20, 2020. It will be possible to make name changes until latest February 14, 2020. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Should a delegate not attend the Meeting, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
