• Participation in scientific activities
• Access to exhibition area
• Meeting material (Abstract CD, Name Badge, Certification of Attendance)
• VAT (18%) shall be added to the prices (registration fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.
• Z Event is entitled to shift the probable tax, due and charge changings.
• All registration fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the registration in case of incomplete fee payments.

CANCELLATION CONDICTIONS of REGISTRATION

• Cancellation requests for registration must be communicated to Z Event and organization by e-mail to the address  [email protected]
• Cancellation requests made until January 10, 2020 will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs .
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date January 10, 2020. It will be possible to make name changes until latest February 14, 2020. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.

MISCELLANEOUS
Should a delegate not attend the Meeting, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
